'I want the K'
â i want the kâ17; goofy kiss. ( not accepting ).
sheâs holding his hand gentle on one side, her other hand resting comfortably on her lap where she sat next to him, scrolling through her phone absentmindedly as they waited. it was a nice silence, only interrupted by the quiet buzzing coming from the makeshift rooms near them and the light rock music filtering through the room from scattered speakers.
tattoo parlors were always a treat.
she looks away from her phone when she feels him squeeze her hand suddenly, locking and tucking it away into the front pocket of her hoodie, and she gives him a sweet smile. he couldnât be nervousâ maybe it was just the slight jitters from the anticipation. nayeon knows thatâs how she would feel if she was the one getting inkedâŚagain.
ânow, are you sure youâre ready for the life and responsibilities of a tatted man?â she teases, her head leaning over to rest on an arm, and she lets her other hand rise to join the one holding his hand, playing with his fingers gently. she laughs and scoots the chair closer. âiâm just glad you asked me to join you, who knows what other might have tried to persuade you to get.â
dear lord, was she relieved when he asked her.
thatâs when the tattooist comes in, a burly man with so much of her skin inked that nayeon isnât even sure where his black tank starts and his marked skin begins, but sheâs not judging. to each his own. she feels it again, his hand giving hers yet another squeeze, but this one holds for a little longer.
she feels her eyes soften, and she suddenly jumps up from her seat, no doubt startling him. her hand lets his go, bringing them up to his face and gently squishing his cute little cheeks. âitâll be a-okay!â she childishly exclaims, giving his cheeks another good squish before leaning down quickly to give his lips a little peck. she laughs again, returning to her seat and tilting her head towards him.
âjust something to make you less stiff, jam.â
