Classes!
Newnan Theatre Company is happy to announce three levels of classes beginning January 7 running for six weeks until February 14. Students will learn theatre skills including choreography and vocal performance techniques. Each session will focus on a particular show, choreographer, composer or director. This is a chance for your student to get in-depth instruction from working professionals. Clas
ses will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 6:30pm. Cost per student is $120 per session. Sign up prior to December 31 and save $20. Sibling discount - 10% off regular session cost for additional children on any level. Each class level meets once a week for 2 hours: Level 1 - Ages 5 to 8: Beginning Musical Theatre Students will study the choreography and music from THE WIZARD OF OZ. Level 2 - Ages 9 to 12: Intermediate Musical Theatre Students will learn choreography and vocal selections from HAIRSPRAY Level 3 - Ages 13 to 18: Advanced Musical Theatre Students will study the directing and choreography style of Bob Fosse, including the musicals PIPPIN and CABARET Additional sessions will begin on February 25 through April 11 and April 15 through May 23.
