This is a very tragic thing, I mean extremely so. Since the only way I get to classes and go about my day is by being woken up with the multiple alarms on my phone.

Lately my iPhone has been horrible and when I plug it into the charger, the charger hits a metal thing that makes the speaker shut off. Argo my alarm doesn't play I don't wake up and I miss class. This especially has happened lately when I take my midday occasional nap and causes me to miss my psych lecture which is horrible.

(1 sitting on a chair talking to 3 stage right, 2 sitting stage left interacting slightly and silently with 4)

1: She said she had the world upon a string, that she won it at a carnival but she didn't have me because she couldn't ever win me.

3: Why do you think she thought that?

1: Before we were great…

3: Before now?

(3 looks down at notepad)

3: When all you see in her eyes is the sky right? That’s how you described the past and present last session.

1: It’s not as poetic as that. The thing is most of the time her emotions aren’t there; she used to have the most expressive eyes but now they’re empty.

(3 pauses, 1 walks towards 2 & 4, 4 will be noticed by 2)

4: [always talks very whimsically] I’m the world. I’m your world. Only what I hold can make you happy.

1: Alice? Alice, I’ve come to visit.

(4 walks around 1, seemingly touching him but not, 2’s eyes follow not really looking at 1)

2: [humming song then sings] Throwing a line out to sea/To see if I can catch a dream

(1 gets closer to 2, moves her face to face him, 2 still follows the now spinning 4)

1: [frustrated sigh] Why won’t you see me? Come back, Alice.

4: I’d never ruin her.

(4 goes back close to 2, they are silent but interacting. 1 goes and sits with 3)

3: So it seems you’ve given up.

1: I wasn’t given a choice. She’s finally had a somewhat lucid moment after so long and decided I didn’t love her.

3: Did she give any reason why?

1: She said I was just passing the time because I thought she was more interesting that way.

(3 freezes, 1 walks towards 2, 4 is off to the side a bit, 2 acknowledges 1 but slightly unfocused way)

2: Bryan?

1: Hey Alice. Is today a good day?

2: [Distraught] What are you doing here? Please go.

4: [singing but no one acknowledges] She didn’t ever hold him/Spun stars on her fingernails/But she couldn’t ever have him.

1: I’ve come to visit; the doctors said it was beneficial for you to see me especially on the good days.

2: Please go. I can’t catch you, you’ll fall waiting for me to get better and it’s never going to happen.

1: You’re going to get better Alice. I know you will.

(4 has been getting closer to 2 all this time, is touching, 2 no longer keeps the unfocused sight on 1)

2: [singing] I am out of my mind.

(1 walks back to 3 and sits frozen. 2 is interacting with 4)

2: Who could love me? No one, not anyone. With you, everywhere in my head.

4: [laughs] He could love you if you knew how to lie. I’m just the sun in your eyes.

(2 & 4 freeze for once, 1 talks to 3)

1: I was told that I should talk to someone about what’s happened in my life. Apparently it’ll help.

3: Yes, often therapy can help people grieve.

1: You make it sound like she’s dead. Alice is just trapped in her head, is all.

3: Your girlfriend’s schizophrenia symptoms have gradually increased with no direct sign of improvement. It’s all right to mourn in a way the woman she used to be.

(3 is still. 4 walks around not noticed by anyone. 1 and 2 walk to each other, they’re laughing and happy, maybe dancing)

4: But that girl had so much love/She’d wanna kiss you all the time/Yeah, she’d wanna kiss you all the time
