とっても簡単でヘルシーなソイピザ作りました。上等なしっとりした油揚げで作ると美味しいです。油はキッチンペーパーでプレスして後は具をのせて焼くだけ。かるくお塩振っておくと美味しいです。soy pizza? #japanese #aburage #pizza http://ift.tt/1TEgwya

I loosely follow Maangchi Recipe; use red bell pepper, zucchini squash, carrot, hydrated shiitake, tofu skin (aburage) & hydrated hijiki –a type of sea weed– The last 3 ingredients was marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, sake & sugar for at least 10 minutes.
