About an absurde comment
I want to write this post because of an absurd comment about one of my post that I did not want to answer because it was not worth it.
But I want to give my opinion about this point.
This person (I don't know who it is) said that Gamora, like Loki, she could not bear to see Nebula suffer and she had chosen her sister too and not the good of the universe and this is true but she called both (Loki and Gamora) hypocrites.
This bothered me a lot not only because it is an insult but because this is not true.
She/he is based on the fact that Gamora asked Starlord to kill her but she could not bear to watch Nebula die.
Within her/him poor reasoning, this person believes that Gamora is a hypocrite because she asks him something she can not do herself.
Ok, I take a breath before answering.
This is the reason why Gamora asks Starlord to kill her! because she knows Thanos and knows his methods of torture and she knows that she will not stand to see a beloved being suffer.
This not only excludes her from being hypocritical but makes her very brave.
But I did not mention Gamora's sacrifice in my post and I did talk about Loki's sacrifice because I think there is a difference between giving the soul stone and giving Thanos the location of it.
I think she harbored the hope that Thanos could never get the stone because she knew he did not love anyone to make the sacrifice.
And if I'm wrong in this, at least I know that both Gamora and Loki were true heroes.
