One of the things to watch out for while glazing is to stir the glaze frequently in case the glaze begins to settle into water and its heavier particles. I remember for this cup, I hadn’t realized how much time had passed between dips, and when I dipped this cup into the glossy blue glaze bucket, I realized after dipping the entire cup in that the glaze had settled so that there was ¼ inch of water on the top of the glaze, which is how this cup gained a thin coat of blue on one side of the cup. I think it is a happy accident though, because the green yellow and yellow looks fabulous. The pattern is an abstract wave pattern. My etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/skimlines
