#abs stimulator

So, i’m starting this  30 day ab workout and I want to see if this really is going to make a change on my body or not 

I use my abs stimulator when walking on the treadmill -recovering from a knee issue :( ..., and instead of being an useless workout, I feel like it completely changes the whole training. Anybody uses an EMS machine too?

I have to say that this thing really works! I've been using it the last days and my abs are much tighter!

Although I wasn't sure if it would work, I decided to give it a try because of its price. I bought it at ijoobi.com and received it in 13 days. After using it for a while, I can say that it gives instant results, so I'm glad about having purchased this muscle stimulator.

I received my abs stimulator today, the package is fine. Haven't tried it yet. I'm so excited to see if it works
