I am John Ernie Jimenez of ABM 12-03. I am 17 years old. I am third child of my parents. Many people noticed that I always speak what ever thoughts in my head. When someone needs my help I will try to help them as long as I can. Sometimes I think negative about my abilities. I always joke around and they say that I am half funny full corny. I'll never get tired bullying my favorite friend. I love to ride a bike every morning as my routine exercise. When I am bored I would like to play with my dog and watch him. Blackpink and BTS are my favorite Kpop groups. And I love to watch movies and netflix series, one of my favorite childhood movie is The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S Lewis.

Hello! 😅 I am Elton Luza, 18 years old. I am a Grade 12 ABM students from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta-Molino. ABM is my chosen strand because I've always been interested in business, finance and money. I think that this is a great option and someday I want to be a sucessful business man. With my wholeheartedness and hardwork I believe I can achieve that.

During this quarantine, I become interested in playing online mobile games like Call of Duty. That is the first online mobile games that I played because I am not usually into games. But, because of boredom I tried and I started to like it. Besides of playing online mobile games, I also like to watch youtube videos and play some music. It is for me to energize and entertain myself.

I am a very kind friend. I am willing to help if someone needed. But, I am not friendly unlike the others. It is because I am too shy to make a first move if we meet for the first time. Internet addiction is prevalent among youths who often do not have the desired level of health literacy.

But, what is internet addiction?

Internet addiction is characterized by excessive or poorly controlled preoccupations, urges or behaviours regarding computer use and internet access that lead to impairment or distress.

Some online users were becoming addicted to the Internet in the same way that others become addicted to drugs or alcohol, and the consequences are manifested in the social, work, and family life of a person. Furthermore, there are many dangers on the Internet, and the protection of children and young people requires good cooperation and communication between children, parents, schools, local community, and society as a whole, systematically acting at all levels of prevention and protection of children from possible harmful effects of the new electronic media.

𝐅𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬  is untrue information presented as news. It often has the aim of damaging the reputation of a person or entity, or making money through advertising revenue. 

Stop sharing wrong information online people might easily believe the things that they saw online. In our generation what people sees online makes them believe that it’s true that’s why we need to use our social media platforms to share the real information and not false information for them to know what is true, because all of us deserves to know the truth in every issues that we see online. 

Being literate is an advantage in this highly computerized environment. Computer applications are usually programmed in the English language and consequently, the person who have a good grasp of the English language easily becomes skilled in communicating thru the various media in the internet. Even application for a job requires good communication skills. Certainly, being able to read and write is an advantage especially during job ibterviews. Also, now that education is being taught thru online teaching, an individual's ability to communicate is increased due to the auto-correct system in the internet.
