but on the other hand i dont want to list all the things that are hindering me (because there's usually several - for example, for me physical pain and mental difficulties usually go hand-in-hand, and often with several different symptoms all over my body) because then i worry i'm seeming like i'm coming up with excuses, and also because some of those symptoms are incredibly personal and i don't like to share that information

and really at the root of it is this deep level of exhaustion, one which tells me i can't (or shouldn't) keep pushing, which is so hard to explain and never seems to be taken seriously (usually it, compounded with my troubles with memory and concentration, give off the impression that i'm just lazy & spacey/'ditzy')
