If we were dating we'd be the chilliest most dramatic couple ever. We'd listen to show tunes and sing our favorite parts out loud. We'd fight over our favorite casts and never be mad at each other. Our lives would be perfect like someone wrote it that way.

@abidarling Sheppard grinned down at his phone at her last message, but the grin didn't reach very far across his face. He was sitting on the couch in his own dressing room, where he'd landed shortly after leaving hers, a script in one hand and his phone in the other. Standing, he slid his phone into the pocket of his jeans before making his way across the room and to the mirror. Though he wasn't really able to tell it by his outward appearance, he felt like hell. His hair probably looked the worst: it stuck straight up in patches all over his head and out at the sides. Forcing a comb through it was a challenge, but he eventually managed to get it back to normal. After he splashed some water on his face and dried it off, he walked out of his dressing room and took the short walk to hers. He could smell the food that he'd dropped off even from out in the hall. Taking a deep breath and silently reminding himself to keep breathing, he raised his hand to the doorknob, turned it, and pushed the door open. "Hey, you," he said quietly as he walked into the room.
