The Offence

Offender’s Name: Abel Trager Infraction(s): Back talk, insolence Incident Date: 7/14/2016 Evidence: the start of it  Comments: He called me a name, I reminded him to call me Miss and asked for an apology but he refused and I was kind enough to continue with another chance by warning of punishment and he still refused.  I had just joined the cruise and had made a post and he immediately comes out and attacks me and decides to forget his manners and playing by the rules. The Punishment

Punishment Level: 1 Reprimand(s): I want a sincere face to face apology and I would like for Abel to spend an hour writing “submissive staff members without a claim are expected to respect participants” over and over.  I believe the repetition will help him remember that fact and that rule. Punisher’s Name: Valerie Hawthorne Session Schedule: Thursday, July 21st, just barely over an hour, my room Other Details: I will not bother, hassle, nor antagonize Abel during the punishment.  I’ll likely not even speak to him, I simply think that as a submissive, even if he’s staff, he should still be held accountable for his insolence.  I am a dominant after all and I didn’t deserve that kind of welcome.

Request Reviewed By: Master Stroud Request Status: Approved Comments: At Orenda Estates, we take respect for the system and the hierarchy to be a serious matter, Mr. Trager and with you being a staff member, we expect you to adhere to the rules even more stringently than our participants. You were rude and disrespectul to Miss Hawthorne and now you must pay the price of punishment. Do not make it habit or you will no longer be an employee of Orenda Estates. For this punishment, the administration expects you to follow the guidelines above and report to us if Miss Hawthorne steps outside them.
