Confession...this is really what I came to Paris for. Scored a bunch of interesting extracts: chestnut, violet, truffle, jasmine, fig, and lemon verbena. Also some candied violets, just cause. This shop is where to go for specialty, professional grade ingredients for baking and cooking. Lots of Vahlrona, definitely. I am so giddy over this presentation. I headed over to Montmarte to check out Popeline, a cream puff shop, but they closed earlier than posted. Ended up at L'eclair de Génie (again).
