The scientific theory behind Abacus training:
The human brain is divided into 2 hemispheres. The left is responsible for logical processing, mathematical functions, and linear processes. The right side of the brain is used for imagination, visualization, and rhythm. Why is this important in Abacus? Well our techniques are the glue that helps to solidify maths concepts because we not only activate both hemispheres, but we encourage the right, more creative side to do mathematical calculations too. Using our innovative techniques we help children to use both sides of the brain in synchronisation helping the overall development of a child, not just in mathematical terms but in a whole range of skills.
