So I got put in a different house tonight bc there’s no noc person there rn. The gal who works my weekend (that my residents don’t like lol) picked up tonight and won’t work any other house, so I got moved. Would have loved to have been told this thurs nite/Fri morn (maybe even just like a text during the day?? Some heads up??) and not right when I got here but whatev
Checked my schedule and now I’m scheduled in this new house 2 days a week….. would have absolutely LOVED to have been consulted about this change
Like tonight’s been fine, everyone’s in bed, but this house in general has a lot more ppl up/more fall risks/higher care level than mine and I really don’t appreciate this just being thrown at me w no warning, this is my schedule for my foreseeable future (at least through may, until we get someone full time in this house?
