Her Sindarin is decent, but he is clearly a native speaker, with the same accent and effortless archaic poeticism the Silver-king uses. The resemblance is honestly uncanny; not only in speech but in his eyes, his hair, even the shape of his face. He looks, if Tudhaliya allows herself the disrespectful thought, like the Silver-king might after spending three months wandering in the desert sun without bathing. She wonders idly if they're related, but if they're not and that's just how West-elves in general are, it would be incredibly rude to ask. She doesn't mention it.
