We're finally at the Westview library with Emma Caulfield aka Dottie. Honestly, I could stay in Agatha's prestige TV world for another episode.

I love the visuals of it, of Agatha looking through the hole made because of the fire.

Agnes is looking through a hole in her mind she doesn't know exists.

She is so puzzled and confused. She doesn't even question that the library didn't know about the fire. It's TV-dream logic working against her because it's not what unconscious!Agatha wanted Agnes to focus on.

Speaking of TV dream logic, there's a hard cut from Agatha looking confused to Agnes NEXT DAY on her way to the police station with her one donut, that is such a cliche snack for Detective Agnes o'Connor to eat.

Agnes is just scarfing down on that donut. She goes through the motions of her day.

I just realized now after my 100th number of rewatching the show that Agnes actually didn't change her clothes. This is still the same shirt she had on.

It's either TV logic where characters wore the same thing so they can do reruns without people finding out. OR Agatha's brain went: I don't care what imaginary self wore, I just need her to FIGURE IT OUT.

I love the "blink and miss it moment" where in this shot, there is no photo of Nicky after the rabbit.

But she turns around to face her coffee machine.

It's like unconscious Agatha realized that Nicky was not there so she exchanged the plant for Nicky. Which considering the (subtextual) parentage of Nicky is funny.

This is the face of a woman who just heard the voice of her ex.

And there SHE. IS.

The coolest cat to ever enter the MCU-verse. Rio Vidal also known as DEATH but currently is roleplaying an FBI Agent. It's not clear if this is the role Agatha's hex brain made for Rio or Rio just made for herself.

And this is officially the first moment Death's laid eyes on her ex-wife. But can you really divorce a cosmic being? (Rio, probably).

Agnes/Agatha is instantly snarky and mad.

Rio just has elevator eyes here, just drinking up Agatha. She's probably seeing double, seeing Agatha as she is in her stupidly endearing Boehner reunion shirt and Agnes's detective clothes.

Reminder, invisible Rio pretending to be Agent Vidal also saw this shirt on Agatha/Agnes and still desired her carnally.

And then Agnes tells her boss to beat it out of her office, telling him to 'eat her ass'.

Rio is so AMUSED.

The Chief looks at Agnes and then to Agent Vidal and realized he doesn't want to be in the middle of this drama and high tailed it out of there.

Agnes grumpily watched Agent Vidal just waltz into her office and made herself at home.

Rio looks like she's the cat that ate the canary, but this is the moment when Agatha/Agnes asked what Rio was doing 'here'?

Rio answered, with some humor: "My job."

I think part of the way she's bemused that Agatha's asking her what she's doing. Rio's doing what she's always been doing, her work. This also gave me the impression that Rio always working is one of the things they fought about.
