Found my mom's old camera (Nikon P500) and compared it with my current one (Sony α6000). The Nikon has a much better lens that allows it to zoom in very far, but it's offset by the fact that it can only take JPEG photos instead of RAWs.
This means that the color is so much worse, especially in dim light.
However, its flash is brighter than the Sony, so that's something.
