I HAVE A QUESTION!!!
i'm going on a 2 day festival trip where i'm gonna be drinking a lot and my plan was to make a batch of brownies and then take a few with me so i can get my calorie intake from those so then i dont have to worry about drinking on an empty stomach AND what i'm gonna eat during the trip. is this a good idea or will i gain too much? if i'm eating like 300 cals worth of brownies per day and then drinking a little bit then its not that bad right?? i'll try to stay under 1000 cals but if anyone has any other suggestions PLEAASEEE tell me
