Are You a Science?
I am asunder by the weight and wear of my want
My guard leveled by the ease and exquisite air brought by just your presence
A softness which I never knew could possess such depth and weight
From a creature so unassuming
If there is a world
A plain?
A life, in which you do not exist
It knows not of even my thoughts either
Because, I’d rather my body turn to ash
Caught between the pull of proximity large and small
Crushed by the immensity of this yearning
Than to never have known you
