Maybe it's because I'm not a boy and I've never properly dated anyone, but I don't think that's normal behavior, I think it is very weird and concerning.

like imagine- matsukawa and iwaizumi basically give you scary dog privilege. oikawa and hanamaki, so much fun to gossip with. you’re upset? hanamaki and matsukawa make you laugh while iwaizumi and oikawa give you advice.

and the different scenarios? getting the chance to date one of them, living with the 4 of them, reunions with them, going out with them, being in your own little friend group… the possibilities are endless i tell you !!

like even imagining being the only girl best friend of theirs (only platonic) would be it’s own fun !!

I finally meet the dude, face to face. The one who hurt a friend of mine and indirectly targeted those who know him, me included.

This is fucking stupid.

I’m not saying I side with anyone’s story at this point. I would never know if what I read just now, combing through this particular blog’s posts, was real, or fake, or just a way to rile anyone up. I would never know the true fate of this friend I speak of, whom I shall not name because I don’t want anyone to come after me for information on what happened to him. I don’t know what happened.

What I do know is that people would never turn away from the bait dangling above their heads, even if it results in some form of trouble for everyone involved. That disgusts me.

The least anyone can do at this point is be kind to one another. Accept that we have had our history, we are messed up to some degree as much as we don’t wish to acknowledge it. That’s all. Only then can we move forward as a society, and only then can we make the world a better place.

I get the Internet is a very common place to call people out and exploit them, but seriously, guys? You want to be the reason someone doesn’t get sleep at night? You, a total stranger, want to be the reason someone does something unforgivable to themselves? You want to be the gunshot to start a war?

That, for a while there back in the day, I got shit for writing mpreg Percy.

Look. There are fandoms where I can... vaguely understand why people who are against mpreg would be irritated by an intake of mpreg fanfiction, but if it’s literally canon in your fandom, you gotta shut your face and move on.

I’m very happy that nowadays with the increasing number of ABO-fics, no one’s questioning mpreg anymore. You just slap “Oh, this? This is ABO” onto your fic and you got a universally accepted justification for mpreg. Yay.

But I did specifically pick a fandom where mpreg is canon just to get shit about it and it still baffles me that this ever happened, considering especially in the early days I elaborately justified myself for anyone who doesn’t know their myths.

There is literally a myth about Poseidon, aka Percy Jackson’s father and the one whose abilities Percy inherited, and Nerites, a male sea god, having a kid together - Anteros.

That’s the thing where I took my thing from. If it’s literally canon that Poseidon can have kids with dudes, then fuck yeah, his son can too.

And, granted, I’ll give it to you, this is a bit of a dig - which I had done in 2012, because I wanted to be accurate, like I was specifically looking for a reasonable justification to have mpreg in my stories, I didn’t just think “That’s neat, I’ll just make that shit up”, I went and looked for it and it was right there so I took it.

You don’t even have to dig that deep to get canon mpreg in Greek mythology though. Heck, mpreg is literally canon in the Percy Jackson universe already.

Have you met Athena? No? Well. Guess who was pregnant with her. Zeus. Yeah, that.

And, honestly, two dudes fucking and one ending up pregnant is infinitely more reasonable than one dude all on his own knocking himself up with a thought and giving birth through his head. He... He literally gave birth by splitting his head and Athena springing from it... but... sure... a guy getting a round belly because he’s pregnant and then having a c-section is gross. Go figure.

Seriously, I have never been able to understand why anyone in this fandom in particular was struggling with mpreg. Far weirder shit has happened in Greek mythology, mpreg nonwithstanding but still included.

One Zeus kid and one kid from her husband each shared and egg. That is totally normal biology also let’s not think on a swan impregnanting a woman, it’s okay. But one guy getting another guy pregnant via anal sex? No, that is gross!”

“So, Uranus’ dick got torn off and tossed into the water. And the entire damn ocean got pregnant and gave birth to Aphrodite. That sounds likely. But one guy getting another guy pregnant via anal sex? How does that make sense?”

“A woman gets her head chopped off by a dude and a winged horse and a human guy sprang forth from her neck. Wow. Awesome. So creative! But one guy getting another guy pregnant via anal sex? How would that work?”

And I mean, those are all very widely known, popular myths. Those aren’t niche myths only the huge nerds know. But absolutely no one’s questioning those.

I would just like to know where exactly the line is drawn for some people.

As long as it’s A Man knocking up A Woman (even in Aphrodite’s case; the sea back in that time was represented by Uranus’ sister Thalassa so you can argue she is Aphrodite’s mom), it’s a-okay, however unrealistic and bullshit it actually is, but don’t you dare challenge gender-norms...? Even if they too are canon in mythology, but if you do it, it’s wrong..?

 I mean in HomeStuck, there a robots and aliens. Gods and legends, romance and death. Comedy and drama, magic and science. The animation is beautiful and the characters are ridiculous. Yes, we have our moments of complete and absolute headache, but there are moments of total heartache. I won’t spoil anything, but think about it. Young kids, who are thrusted into the unknown and they have to face their deaths head on. Watching their friends losing them selves and their loved ones. They have to grow up and fast. 

In Undertale, you have to choose between fighting and mercy. YOU have to decide if you want to strike the heroine in front of a young child. YOU decide if you want to beat down on the one with endless kindness and the one with enough bravery to sand in front of you and with open arms, trying to except you with their definition of love. Do you want to be the one to kill the one who loved you the most and trusted you the most? Are you willing to kill your mother just to get stronger? Even if you have another choice?

Everyone has their interests and tastes. Who gave you the right to say, that they shouldn’t like them? Are they you? What makes you right? If you know the things you like are strange, then except that. Be proud of that, that you are the only person to say the things that you say. To think the way you think.

Want to be loved? How can you believe that they love you, if you can’t even love your self? And if they really love you, then they must have a good reason too. Maybe they see something that you don’t....You are never unloved, because if there is at least one person that you love, then they love you too.

If the only that loves you is in a book, then there you go! Some one that loves you! If you feel sad, then write it. Show how you feel, tell your own story!

Stay positive and fly free. If you stress your self out by thinking of all all of the hurtful things...then you have no room to relax. If you calm down and find a quiet place, you can see it. The magic, the beauty. The peaceful world. Except the wrong things, except that not everything is great or good. Because if you don’t...how are you suppose to move on? Move forward? To look back and see how far you have come from where you are now? 

At one point, you where loved. Some one had to have taken care of you, when you were weak and vulnerable. To this day, they still love you and will always love. Deep in your heart, if they didn’t....how is it your are here then?
