🪐 - does your OC have a formal diagnosis? do they get any kind of formal treatment or services?
He used to! Since (major spoilers) he got memory wiped and given a false new identity, he’s forgotten that he had diagnoses, but in his old life he was officially diagnosed with basically what I have- autism, ADHD, depression (secondary), and anxiety; since then he’s also developed chronic pain from his new blood type (look there’s a lot of context here. Blood types as in Blaseball blood types, it’s a variant of electric so he’s basically got nerve damage now, it hasn’t started to impair his dexterity at this point in the time line, but it will), which isn’t officially diagnosed at all. As a result of the aforementioned new identity, any treatment he had before is now unavailable to him, which is Not Great for him.
🌻 - does your OC have any invisible disabilities? anything that wouldn't be immediately apparent from their character design?
I think all of the ones I just listed are invisible! It’s definitely hard to tell from his character design that any of those are there, although I like to think I do a decent enough job in writing him that at the very least the anxiety and ADHD come through.
