I went to my first concert which just so happened to be my favorite band, Fall Out Boy with the Save Rock & Roll tour!!! Omgg it was the absolute best experience.

First off, we waited a huge to buy merch. I got a save rock and roll wristband and a “Let’s Be Alone Together” shirt. Afterwards we went up to our seats. I was seated in the upper seating, section 218. the seats were great considering they were upper level. The opening act, 21 Pilots, wasn’t bad at all. I appreciated their vibe, their music was so chill.

Then Panic! At The Disco came on OMFG I completely lost it. They first played Time to Dance and i was freaking out. I was screaming at the top of my lungs. But I really lost it when they played This Is Gospel. It was the best song they sang last night. I got up and screamed along to the song, I even teared up a little. Brendon Uries voice is sooooo amazing live. He does these little tweaks with his voice and goes falsetto for a second it’s honestly the best thing ever, like god bless his vocal chords. He was flipping out and doing backflips and everything. It was insaneeeee.

When it was set up time for FOB, me and my friends had to go buy water because we screamed so hard for Panic! LOL. Then we awaited anxiously for the main act, my favorite band, Fall Out Boy. Then finally THE LIGHTS DIMMED AND THE CURTAIN FELL AND THERE WAS FOB IN THE FLESH. I could not contain my screams. They opened with “The Phoenix” I started tearing up at the overwhelming sensation that MY FAVORITE BAND OF ALL TIME WAS PERFORMING IN FRONT OF ME FOR REAL. They followed with “I Slept With Someone In FOB and All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me”, “A Little Less 16 Candles, A Little More Touch Me”, & “This Ain’t a Scene It’s an Arms Race”. I was rocking out until they played the next song, “Miss Missing You.” At that point I started crying hysterically, like I could not help it. Maybe it was Pete’s introduction to the song that touched me or what the song means to me, I just couldn’t control the tears from coming out.

After that they made us all say “yeah!” A million times then started with “Alone Together” and I freaked and sang my little heart out. Then they played “Thriller” and i cried again lol. afterwards, Joe did his thing with his little guitar solo. Then they played “Death Valley” and put weird pictures of creepy animals on the screen LOL. Then OMG Pete was like “I don’t want anyone in the stands to feel neglected” so he made us do the wave and STARTED WITH SUGAR WERE GOING DOWN I FREAKED OUTTTTTT OMG. I loved when the song first started and a you heard was EVERY SINGLE VOICE IN THE STADIUM singing. It gave me chills.

Then they brought out MARKY FUCKING RAMONE and played “I Wanna Be Sedated” & “Blitzkrieg Bop” with him it was so epic!!! Then they played Young Volcanoes and brought out the giant FOB balloons. Then my baby Patrick went to the piano AND STARTED PLAYING “What A Catch, Donnie” I was freaking out and cried again LOL. Everyone had their lighters and light them and swayed and it was the most beautiful thing ever, hearing Patrick’s angelic voice and seeing the starlit stadium. Then OMG Patrick said “that’s one of the prettiest things I’ve ever seen” and I flipped outtt.

THEN ONE OF THE BEST MOMENTS OF THE ENTIRE NIGHT HAPPENED AND PATRICK STARTED SINGING 20$ NOSEBLEED ON THE PIANO AND BRENDON URIE CAME OUT AND THEY SANG TOGETHER AND I PRETTY MUCH FUCKING DIED AT THAT POINT BC I WAS WAITING FOR THAT THE SECOND THEY ANNOUNCED THE TOUR TOGETHER ONFG. After that was over, Pete screamed “THIS IS THE TAKE OVER AFTER THE FUCKING BREAKS OVER” and I went crazy bc at one point that was my favorite fob song it was amazing.

Then they went to the middle of the GA area onto a stage and sang “I’m Like A Lawyer With The Way I’m Trying To Get You Off” ACOUSTIC. And I fucking cried my eyes out OMG it was so beautiful. Then they brought out TRAVIE FUCKING MCCOY and sang “Billionaire” together it was an awesome surprise. Then they played “Grand Theft Autumn” also acoustic and I was just flipping out.

THEN CAME ANDY AND HE FUCKED SHIT UP WITH HIS DRUM SOLO. When they got back up to the stage they played “Dance Dance”, “Just One Yesterday”, “I Don’t Care”, and “Light ‘em Up.” After that was the encore, and Pete gave the most amazing speech about what save rock and roll means to him and what they’re trying to achieve. And then they played “Save Rock And Roll.” Again, I cried LOL. I was very emotional. As they played it, they had a slideshow of a bunch of rock and roll legends. It honestly brought the whole performance together.
