The Porsche 959SC is Bruce Canepa's vision of what the 959 could have been with modern engineering.
Starting with a complete restoration of the original car, Canepa upgrades nearly every major system while keeping its iconic design intact. The twin-turbocharged 2.85-liter flat-six is reworked to produce around 800 horsepower and 650 Ib-ft (881 Nm) of torque, backed by modern engine management, revised suspension, larger brakes, and a refined all-wheel-drive system.
The result is a 959 that looks period-correct but performs closer to a modern supercar.
