I had a really great Day 3. On my previous reboots, this is the day that I struggled the most and I usually felt withdrawal symptoms from sugar, caffeine etc. I was really surprised that my only symptoms were being sore due to the increase in my activity, being really tired this evening, and having an episode of the runs (sorry, just keeping it real).
My big goal was to do an hour of Skyrobics. I got the times messed up and when I was about to leave my house, I realized that the class just started. I don't like showing up late to things and didn't want to only get 1/2 or 3/4 of the class worth. But since I committed to this I didn't not want to not go. I ended up being 20 minutes late, but am so happy that I went. I really like Skyrobics because you get an excellent workout, get your lymphatic system going , and its FUN. What other workout can you jump around, laugh like a kid, and burn major calories? Ed, the owner was the instructor and was really great about me joining the class late. He also let me stay 20 minutes after and guided me through the exercises I missed. Then we had this great conversation about Skyrobics, swimming, and how achieving healthy lifestyle is a process. I am already looking forward to another workout tomorrow.
I also felt pretty productive. I did clean the majority of my place and go grocery shopping. I also got to listen to Juicing Radio podcast that gave me great motivation to power me through the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I will be up a couple more hours doing work for my class.
Tomorrow my goals are to finish cleaning, finish my module for my class, and go to another Skyrobics class!
3 days down, 87 to go....
