hey! it’s me again! I’m 100% Pat. Today is my 8th day! Shunnel, my friend, and I are doing important thing that was really nervous and a little bit scary. Well, we just had a client who need to book a flight going to Davao, on that time our ma’am wasn’t there, so what we did is that shunnel asked the client about booking. Take note! this is our very first time to entertain the client about their flight. She made a book of flight for the client and she’s great. All i do is to support her and help her to our client. At first, it was really nervous because we have a lot of negative thoughts in mind like “What should we do?” “What if we are wrong about this?” something like that but when we finished that task, it was a relieved because it’s done without any conflict.I guess, we did a great job!  

Be grateful for every new day. On this day Maa’m Precy taught us how to book or look a flight in abacus and how to use it which is now called sabre red. She teach us step by step the process of making book a flight and now I know better about it. I also commanded an ID of Maa’m Anelee at SM admin and I do printing and folding a brochure or itinerary packages and stapled the PSA forms.
