I have some! (That's actually my job so I have to absorb students lectures like a sponge and create their notes for them) Step 1: Always always make sure you've eaten and have a bottle of water. It helps your brain process notes faster! What I do, if I've taken notes already, and they're good enough, I go back over them and rewrite them as annotations and include important information if need. If I'm too lazy to read over my notes I check my textbook and do the same thing^^ or I use Quizlet
