New Delhi: Fuel prices were hiked for the 20th day in a row on Friday with both petrol and diesel prices crossing Rs 80-mark in the national capital.

Following the fresh surge, Diesel is now priced at Rs 80.19 per litre and petrol will cost Rs 80.13 per litre in Delhi, taking rates up by Rs 8.87 for petrol and Rs 10.8 for diesel in 20 days.

NEW DELHI: On Saturday, petrol price in the national capital of Delhi went past the Rs 80 per litre mark for the first time. Witnessing a rise of 39 paise per litre, petrol is now priced at Rs 80.38. Diesel prices also saw an upward trend, now costing Rs 72.51 per litre, 44 paise more than Friday.

In Mumbai, a litre of petrol costs Rs 87.77 and Rs 76.98, respectively, on Saturday.
