-Another inhale- Here we go againnnnnnnnnWell Callem is 22 years old in human years and is half Rilfther (Pronounced Rill-f-her) which is a supernatural creature often found around forests.He lives with his older brother Dian in a flat above a bar called The Mist.Their human father is deceased and their mother is long gone as most Rilfther migrate to the Deep Forest when they get to an old age or go through emotional distress.Since he is only half, he takes on a human appearance for the most part though he change change his appearance to the look like his kin but it can be quite painful if he hasn’t change for a while.Rilfther are known for having large horns at adulthood and more horn like growths that wind and wrap around their body. Sharp teeth and elongated black nails are also a common feature. They feed off the energy plants give off in exchange for protective the forests they inhabit.Callem is only 5′3 due to being a half breed, their grown rate is a lot slow than humans but they continue to grow up to 50  human years.He tends to wear print shirts and a blazer over top with smart black jeans, though it’s common to see him running around in an apron since he works in a convince store.He’s a very easily angered and it gets him in to a lot of trouble, his height never stops him from squaring off against  people who look at him funny. He gets heckled a lot because of his tiny stature and he’s quite self conscious of it. To make up for the lack of height, he sometimes tries to act obnoxiously adult. Such as drinking beer (which he hates) instead of strawberry cocktails because he thinks he’ll seem like more of a man.

Callem can actually be quite childish despite the want to seem like a mature adult and one of his favourite things to do is jump on Bex’s back for a piggy back ride.He’s very easily flustered and doesn’t know how to handle positive attention well, often spluttering out an insult when someone compliments him and he hates how red he turns when embarrassed.How did Callem and Bex meet?Well not long after Bex moved into town, he saw this shortie yelling at some hefty looking men for spilling over goods in the store he works at. Things were looking pretty bad before Bex walked over, stopping a punch from being thrown at Callem and negotiated an apology out of the men using words instead of fists.Callem proceeded to yell, “ That was fuckin’ cool man.” after the men had bumbled off, that earned him a light slap around the head. This was where he learn of Bex’s dislike for cussing, mumbling out a thanks he offered Bex a store discount. Over time time the two ran into each other plenty due to in being only a moderate sized town. Callem eventually invited Bex to hang out at his local haunt, Mist. This bar is one the not many humans tend to go to, due to the slightly oppressive feeling they get when walking through the door. Bex still hasn’t figured out that many of the people around him aren’t quite what they seem.He’s very grateful to have a best friend like Bex although he doesn’t show it often, not many people have stayed by his side due his rather volatile personality Unfortunately his stubs have started growing into horns, as his Rilfther half is becoming more prominent.  Now he just has to figure out how to hide them from Bex before he notices somethings up.-gasps desperately for air-Ahhhh thank you so much for asking me about him.
