Unbalanced

Finally drew again after a long time. Been busy with a lot of stuff lately; Prepping for the school year, having annual events in our nation, being accepted to an academy to policy benefits, etc… But finally had some downtime- nah i’m kidding I was procrastinating. But. At least i’m drawing more lately :)
I was scrolling through tumblr for a bit and found the John Loves You Au by @zzoupz and other contributors, especially for john’s design when he reveals to be greater than a human being. I’m a native and a hunter; seeing the design for the antlers just made me want to draw him. You don’t know how much I held myself back from drawing it out while in the academy.
Some details ab it:
- White tail deer antlers since Connecticut is one of their native homes.
- If you notice (TW for OCD peoples✌️) John isn’t centered, neither is the antlers, or even his hands/stance. I wanted to capture how he looks (somewhat) stable in his appearance than compared to his mindset in his upbringing and overall the world he sees from his POV.
- Wanted to add the border to signify how you enter a battle scene in the original FAItH game and especially how the opponent levels up mid game after the first round.
