2. It's a BOP by OCTPATH from Kei x Yaku. Bromances count right??? Ok good. This J-Pop group has a few songs featured in BLs this year and they're so good!

Let’s get into this adorable BL drama from Taiwan! It came out in 2022, is 8 total episodes at 25 minutes each.

Y’all, this one is so sweet but has some older elements at the same time. I loved the plot, actors and the music! I was literally waiting for the OST to drop on Apple Music and Spotify because they delayed it with the release of the episodes.

Ye Guang is the smart popular guy and Xu Qi Zhang is the quiet loner type at school. Xu Qi Zhang is more outgoing when he is performing with his band.

The two share cute moments through their history that leads them to closer when Ye Guang starts experiencing trouble at home with his parents. All the time Xu Qi Zhang and his mother are healing from the loss of his father. This portion of the true friends to more plot is so sweet and moves at the right pace.

The supporting role of Ray, Ye Guang’s best friend is so intricate with his ex and new love interest, Ah Jian who happens to be Xu Qi Zhang’s band mate. I really enjoyed this subplot and the self reflection journey it takes you on.

I am pretty sure I have established myself as a sucker for a plot that involves music so of course I love the band element of this show and the music they included is great! It stays in rotation for me!

Please watch this one! It is truly great. It gets my first 10/10!
