I’m kicking off with their flagship 4.8% Pilsner, it pours clear af with a foamy head and a bready nose, the body is crisp and clean, floral and cereal-y, insanely smooth, dry and crushable, wrapping in a dusty, grassy finish. #7389 Tooth & Nail Victory Parade (Canada) I had a hankering for a fall brew, so I got into this 5.6% Festbier from the crispy lords Tooth & Nail. It pours clear with a foamy head and a toasty nose, it’s super clean and dry, I’m getting caramel notes alongside some herbal bitterness, it’s well-rounded with bread crust vibes, insanely crushable, wrapping in a dusty, toffee finish.
