#7378 Swiftwater Schwarzbier (USA) Saturday is being set tf off with this glorious German-style black lager from Rochester’s Swiftwater. I had two of their Czech crispies at the brewery so I made sure that I took the two German ones home. Coming in at 4.7%, it pours a deep brown with a beige fluffy head and a toasty nose, it’s malty af with a nice dustiness, extremely smooth and roasty, velvety chocolate and coffee vibes, balanced sweetness, with a clean, chocolate finish. #7378 Badlands Cashmere Galaxy (2022) (Canada) One of Badlands’ latest drops is this 6.5% IPA with, you guessed it, Cashmere and Galaxy. It pours hazy af with a fluffy head and a stone fruit nose, the body is soft and delicate with peach and melon vibes, it’s chalky and dry, it’s sticky and tropical, it’s hella smooth with a fruity, silky, grassy finish.
