#7180 Echo Session Ales x La Jeune Espiègle Sour (Gewürztraminer + Mangue) (Canada) Echo has really been on a tear with their unique, inspired beers lately, and this one is a true gem. A collab with restaurant Le Jeune Espiègle, they created a hybrid of a Gewürztraminer wine and a mango sour. Coming in at 3.5%, this bad boy pours like hazy Gewürz with a bubbly head and a winey, tart, mango nose, the body is light, chewy and bubbly, the mango is soft and smooth while the white wine elements deliver some complex tart notes that work really well with the fruit, it’s sticky and very refreshing, tons of flavour, wrapping in a dry, fruity finish.
