I hope everyone's enjoying their summer!

Lately, I've been getting lots of messages, FB requests & twitter followers from people that know someone who has MS or have it themselves.  Thanks for the love.  Never thought I'd have a virtual community like I'm getting and for that, I am grateful.  My journey's been on the up and up and down and up: kinda what happens.  I don't think we really understand the power of food, our bodies or our minds. Sonny shows us that we can accomplish our goals of what we'd like to accomplish, if we only make different choices.  Not grandiose choices, just slight shifts in our actions that become part of our process.  This WNW is brought to you by amazing Austinite originally from St. Louis, JanuaryElh.  His sound is comparable to Gorillaz, Bonobo, Frank Ocean, Fortet, The Internet.
