#7033 Sir John Triomphe De La Nature (Mangue & Vanille) (Canada) This 6.2% bad boy technically is a sour IPA with mango and vanilla, and mate, she’s a beaut. It pours like straight mango juice (Kev from La Canette said it was similar to a smoothie) with a quickly dissipating head and a big mango nose, it’s thick and creamy, it literally tastes like canned mango juice, the vanilla is subtle in the background, it’s slightly tart and acidic, very crushable, the Citra and Sabro deliver some more tropical vibes while the lactose ramps up the body, wrapping in a dusty, sticky, tangy finish.
