The first thing that I did was make an offering to Skadi. I wasnāt really able to make offerings to her while visiting my family because I am hellaa closeted around them. Anyways, I got a bunch of steak and I pulled out a slab and dedicated it to her. Then she wanted to watch me do a rune reading. She told me that Iāve learned a lot, but I still have much to learn. She wants me to meditate on the runes, and she said that she will help me, as well as help me learn how to read runes as a whole rather than doing a spread. I thanked her graciously.Ā
She still definitely intimidates me... like, she is... she is beautiful, and youthful. But her energy is just overwhelming, and she has aĀ ātake-no-shitā attitude, and she doesnāt take any lol. I guess Iām still learning the ropes of it all.
Anyways, after I said goodbye to her, I went and visited Prince. We havenāt spoken since my trip, so we had a heartfelt reunion. He took me to a place we havenāt met before; it was like a balcony or deck somewhere in the back near the large, sparkling lake that Iāve seen a couple of times. We relaxed on some reclining chairs and talked. I asked him about the fae that I encountered on my trip. I mentioned that someone suggested that it was an Autumn Court Fae, and he actually said that it seemed more like aĀ āFree Faeā or a Fae that isnāt associated with any court. I think Iāve also heard them calledĀ āThe Wild Huntā and something else too. Regardless, Prince said that they are generally moreĀ āpernicious and maliciousā than other Fae and to watch out for them. Very interesting.
Also, I came back and all of my mason-jar herbs have grown a bunch! Theyāre all sprouting super well; although, there are a bunch that are struggling a little bit. I called on my pixies who help tend to them, and as soon as they came out they immediately startling complaining and bitching about my roommate, who apparently didnāt tend to them very well while I was goneĀ š Anyways, I did some major pruning and I think they will be okay.
When I was finished in the Fae Court, I was walking back to my astral keep through void space, when I stopped; I sensed a presence around me. I armored up, and I called out to them. A shadowy outline of a humankind figure came forward. The talked in almost a kind of hiss... with long, drawn-out words and sounds. I got kind of sus vibes from them; they tried to trick me, but I wasnāt falling for it at all. I politely asked them to leave, and to my surprise, they did. And I didnāt have any problems with them at all.
Then I did some qigong for the first time in a while, which felt amazing. And then I worked with my plants and cooked. It was a very productive day!
I need to figure out what to do with my crystals, though. I have a hard time sleeping in the same room as them. My energy is like elevated and buzzing almost constantly. I either canāt sleep because of that or I am like completely wiped as a result and sleep super heavily. Itās so weird! Iāve never really worked with crystals lol. Iām at a loss of what to do. I think I need to separate them from each other at the very least. Also, Iām not entirely sure yet but Iām pretty certain that my smoky quartz is the one that is making me feel so tired and blah.
