#6966 Small Pony Barrel Works x Third Moon Bone Snatcher (Canada) The next brew up in the stout series is this 14% imperial dessert stout with the lords at Third Moon, rocking coffee and maple syrup and aged in bourbon barrels. It pours jet black with a deep coffee head and a ton of bourbon on the nose, as with the last one the body is hella thick and decadent, I’m getting bitter espresso, dark chocolate and maple vibes up front, the oaky, vanilla, bourbon notes dominate, it’s sweet and sticky, definitely better to share something this intense, some boozy warmth, wrapping in a dry, maple-dominated finish.
