#6492 Messorem Bracitorium x BreWskey Goat Milk? (Canada) Huge, huge shouts to @hopsandbros for linking me this one. Of all of Messorem’s 2nd anniversary drops, this was the beer I really, really wanted to try so this made my day, fr. Coming in at 6%, this gem of a smoothie sour boasts raspberries from Trois-Pistoles in Quebec, crème brulée from Cave à Manger and goat cheese… this has gotta be in the top 3 most interesting beers I’ve ever had. It pours a deep, thick red colour with minimal head and a slightly cheesy, raspberry nose, the body is as thick as any smoothie, the raspberries dominate but there’s some lactosey, dairy vibes from the dessert and goat cheese in the background, it reminds me of the cheesecake smoothies from BreWskey where the cheese is a subtle addition and works super well, it’s sticky and tart, tangy and juicy with a big fruity, slightly cheesy finish. this is like a w.i.p. i guess its my fursona that i never draw ever shes like. a coyote chihuahua mix kinda. like for some1 that draws maybe once every ten years this is p decent wow. maybw i can muster up the willpower to clean this up n stuff. dont rblog this pls lol.
