641.6735 for specific varieties of cheese. There are categories for cream cheese, ripened cheese, hard cheese, fresh cheese, and other cheese foods.
Cheese can also be found under 641.37, but I don't really understand the distinction. Why are some books placed here vs there? Who's to say?
