I’m kicking off with this 5.4% foeder-aged saison, it pours crystal clear with a foamy head and that signature saison nose, the body is light and delicate, super dry and floral, delicate and smooth, hella refreshing, minimal phenols and bubblegum, there’s some subtle bitterness, ending in a drying, earthy finish.
