#6253 Le Castor Kazbek (Série Progression Series) (Canada) Pod with Dan of Le Castor tonight! We’re kicking off with this 5.3% Pils from their Progression Series with Kazbek and Saaz Late hops. It pours opaque with a huge fluffy head and a tropical, peppery nose, the body is crispy af, malty and bready, herbal and grassy, fruity and smooth, dry, tons of noble hop vibes, with a clean, dusty finish.
