The Blodgett 61295 Thermoswitch 350°C is a temperature sensitive safety device to protect commercial ovens from overheating. Typically, this thermoswitch is mounted in the oven chamber and is triggered by too much heat. When the temperature exceeds the 350°C threshold, the thermoswitch opens an electrical circuit and the flow to the heating elements is interrupted so that further temperature rise is prevented.
