I’m about to get SUPER real with y’all! 😳😳It’s not easy but it will offer some accountability! In March of 2013 my dad passed away 😔and around that time I was taking great care of myself, I was working out consistently and eating well and I was at 140lbs. After that day I lost ALL my drive and was severely depressed, I lost a few more pounds but not on purpose and looked a little sick in the second photo➡️ but after that the weight started to pile on and I did nothing about it, not seriously of course. Fast forward a few years and I’m married and found out I was pregnant with Eden 🤱🏾👧🏽 with a weight of 185 😩(it gets worse). By the end of that pregnancy I was at 215😳🤭 and could not seem to get below 203!! THEN I found out I was preggers AGAIN 🤱🏾👶🏽 and I started this pregnancy at 209 but I was determined not to gain more than 15lbs if possible. I was more careful with my eating and I did workout during the pregnancy, which I really believe helped me keep my weight under control. I gained a total of 13lbs putting me at 222 when Zion was born. I have lost a total of 25.9lbs now putting me at 197🙌🏾🙌🏾 and 11 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight. I said all that because I feel the honesty and vulnerability of it makes it much harder to slack off but I also want you all to keep me accountable! Call me out on my workouts and eating if you you see me slacking! I need it y’all! #60lbstogo #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #postpartumbody #betterbody #goodhealth #honest #reallife
