20 Min Meals
A simple, fast slow food GREEN lunch. Today for lunch I decided I would like to try to eat something other than noodles (I'm sorry noodles). Â Pad Thai see ya later. Udon--- see you when I see you and instead decided to try a favorite recipe of my friend: stir fried cabbage with soy sauce. My variation: ponzu sauce and add kamoboko here's my 5 min meal:
Ingrediants:
1/4 head of cabbage, kamaboko, scallions, ponzu sauce, olive oil
Prep:
1) thinly slice cabbage into centimeter wide strips
2) slice centimeter wide slices of Kamoboko
3) cut 2 scallion stems into thirds
Cooking:Â
1) splash in 2 teaspoons olive oil on medium heat to a frying pan (cooking on high causes free radicals which are linked to causing cancer)
3) Add cabbage and scallions and stir for 4-5 mins
4) add kamoboko (1 min)
5) add ponzu sauce (2 teaspoons) and stir for 30 sec
