5K Life Recovery after a good run!

Last year was my most demand running season of my life. 28 races in total in four different states. This year has been up side down. Only five races. One in person race and four vertrail races. I'm back running but not like I need to. Myself and a few like minded individuals decided to embark on a quest to run a 15k this morning. First we completed the 10k then the 5k. It was one of the coldest races I have ran in the great State of Georgia, but it was totally worth it. Ran the 10k part in 1:23 which I predicted. Had not ran a 10k since 1996.
