This!! I am a 30 year old woman who can count sw as one of her first memories and I still can’t understand why people can’t just chill the fuck out and enjoy the thing.
Right????? Why can’t people just enjoy the thing or leave others alone I think that’s the summary of my mini rant of that post.
#silverxhealer#obi-mun cannoli#like seriously just let me love my prequels in peace#let me love the original trilogy in peace#let me love the NEW trilogy in peace#I see bitter SW fans that don't like the new trilogy b/c it threw away their original extended canon and I'm just so confused#if you don't like it don't count it personally as canon that's all there is to it#or find ways to coexist peacefully#like I love combining Obi's Legends backstory with new canon b/c tbh we know fuck all about obi in the new canon so LEGENDS IS MINE#I too have SW as some of my first memories#I've been loving Padmé since around the time I started to talk#which makes me sound old but really I started to properly talk at around 4 1/2#5ish#I have vague memories from even earlier of watching the OT during holidays#why can't both (and now all three) coexist peacefully?
