"Couldn't See The Roses For The Tree"

once upon a time

i floated to the bottom of a swimming pool and stared up above

the water was murky blue and green

sunlight slicing golden downwards  light dancing across the surface patterns on my skin

everything was a little loose down there

a little lucid, and light

like when you hold your breath for too long and everything starts to get a little funny, a little fuzzy

a dream of drowning sinking down  down down

with nothing to hold you up

and i let my vision blur out until the aqua was too teal and the teal was too turquoise

when i opened my eyes

i had floated back up

looking down

at the bottom of the swimming pool

So like... 3 weeks ago now i guess? i had issues with my energy resources being low and that kind of made me drop in vibration, and i’ve just been kind of coasting since then, not too concerned about it. However, this past weekend i decided that i needed to take action to bump up in vibration. I pulled my weekly Kuan Yin card on Sunday and this time it was “The Tao” which says: 

“The Tao is always flowing, always nourishing life into creation, always presenting steps and solutions and always reminding us that we are perfect in this moment. You are being guided to relax and allow life to flow. Feel the joy of release and the wonder of how easy life can be when we let go of fear and control.”

As soon as i pulled this card i knew that this week was going to be dedicated to moving up in vibration. I kind of did it earlier in the week, and ever since then i’ve been gradually moving upwards and my scope has been expanding. I’m feeling a lot better now.

In other news, i woke up yesterday with some kind of stomach bug and since then my stomach has been hurting and i’ve been feverish. I stayed home from work again today, and my stomach has just been hurting and i’ve just been unable to eat.

Well, i finally got sick of being sick, and with the help of my guides i decided to just use my energy and heal myself. It actually worked, my pain and discomfort went away, and i’m feeling a lot better now. I’m going to try and make tomorrow a good day and get ready for the weekend.

Just a couple other misc things, i bought a meditation cushion at the suggestion of my qi gong teacher and it actually makes a huge difference, it’s so much more comfortable and easier to sit up straight with good posture, and my legs don’t go numb while i meditate; i’d recommend it to those who are serious about meditation. Also, i’ve decided to try and make better use of my time and do more productive things.
