Sister Splinter is just a dynamically less interesting version of Fourth Chorus.
There, I said it.
Both are large memos that swing at you from above, dealing two masks of damage.
But while 4th Chorus makes you jump over holes made in the ground and utilizes your cloak ability, Sister Splinter just makes small barriers and summons enemies.
Oh, but I love the way 4th Chorus is animated.
He seemed to be animated in a different way than everything else and it feels so… robotically clean. Idk. Great boss.
