Can allegations of impotence, health issues, dowry articles and one simple injury automatically become a 498A and assault case?  A Delhi Court said the material did not show grave suspicion and discharged the husband from the case. A broken marriage, a failed settlement, custody dispute, and then came the criminal case against the husband. The Court found the allegations vague, inconsistent and not enough to frame charges under 498A or 323 IPC. This is why every matrimonial complaint must be tested on facts, not emotions, because one criminal trial can destroy a man before acquittal ever comes.
