okay but there's something SO INteresting to me about the Hargreeves numbers and how it relates to their dynamics with each other
Like you have 1, 2, and 3, highest ranking the leader and the second and third in command and the way they when the mansion was attacked they insticntively fell into fighting together. The way they talk to each other never quite soft ( "you gonna rumor this bitch?" "Luther get up" "you gotta cut down on the fast food soldier") and how they also try to brainstorm together with Klaus there but Klaus isn't doing much
4,5, 6,7, Klaus who never fights and only ever gets relegated to the lookout ( and I do wonder if the others fell into that so quickly because they know Klaus and its one way they can protect him) Ben who hates his power and would rather read and usually has to be told to use his powers and hates missions so much he'd let Viktor who he believes is powerless take his place. Klaus being the only one to give Viktor a nickname and the most affectionate with him the most affectionate period. Viktor who even when their relationship was at its Worst Luther still jumps in to protect, Allison still sees as someone to look out for Diego still stands up for against Luther Klaus and Ben. Five and VIktor.
( And then there's FIve smack in the middle. As much a fighter as the higher numbers (seen on the first mission and way more after the time jump) and as likely to defy Reginald as the lower numbers. Five who's best friend is Seven who calls on VIktor and Klaus to help because he needs people who'll listen to him but falls into formation flawlessly when it's him Allison and Diego tracking down Leonard.
( Five who's always from 123 to 467 and doesn't that fit when he literally doesn't fit and then he's very much a fifty year old in a 13 year old body no really one but the other)
Like idk its probably nothing new and designed that way but I just still think it's neat.
